To complete our move to what is the World’s #1 Free Zone, the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), Emerald Solutions Group has spent more than a year painstakingly setting the scene, expanding our services as well as our reach and, at the same time, re-designing and improving the ‘back office’ support provided to our clients, partners, satellite offices, operators, and staff from our Dubai Headquarters.
As part of this process, we have worked hard to re-certify the new legal entity (Emerald Solutions DMCC) under ISO 9001:2015. Using one of the world’s leading ISO auditors, BSI, we finally achieved re-certification in late July – and we are now ready to celebrate this event with all our internal and external stakeholders.
Emerald Solutions Group’s high standards have never wavered and remain amongst the best in the industry. This re-certification demonstrates that our standards are reflected not only in the services for which our clients recognize us in the field, but also in the way in which we administer, manage and govern the Company.
